What's the difference between the 3 studios?

  • Studio 1 is what we refer to as our recovery studio. This studio holds Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and a Hiit Class on Wednesday mornings.

    Studio 2 is our spinning studio. We have 20 bikes and an instructor's platform making is visible for each rider. With the state-of-the-art lighting and audio system, our classes are professional yet fun!

    Studio 3 is our our new addition! This is a studio is for our large-group strength, and personal training clients. We have held larger barre and yoga classes there as well. Studio 3 can hold up to 18 people. With squat racks, turf, battle ropes and more this is where the magic happens!
