Pilates Instructor

Hi!! I’m Alyssa, I was born & raised here in the South Jersey area. I attended Delran High School and graduated from West Chester University in 2023. I am currently a first grade teacher while also going back to school to pursue my master’s degree. I started taking reformer and mat pilates classes in college and it has been a big outlet for me ever since. I am so excited to get the opportunity to share my passion for it and help others to feel their best in and out of the studio. Aside from trying different workout classes, I enjoy reading new books, traveling, spending time with my family, and trying new restaurants or coffee spots!!! I can’t wait to meet you all!
