I have been a spin instructor and personal trainer with the Vicious Cycle for 4 years before I partnered with Allison as owner of the Vicious Cycle. I am so excited to see our community grow and continue to be successful.

I am a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. I also have a Master's Degree in Sport and Recreation Studies from Ohio University.
