Meredith Reinbold

Spin Instructor + Yoga Instructor

Hi! My name is Meredith, a New Jersey transplant and now Vicious Cycle spin instructor. I have been teaching spin for a year and a half, and am now a new Vinyasa yoga teacher after the recent completion of my 200 YTT in 2022. I am originally from outside of the Washington, D.C. area and have been a Marlton, NJ resident since 2020! I work full-time as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and enjoy teaching spin and yoga as a way to decompress and connect with others.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from The University of Tennessee and a Master's Degree in Social Work from The University of Louisville, which means you can always catch me watching college football on Saturdays in the Fall! I took my first yoga class while in college at UT as a way to manage chronic pain from an autoimmune disorder and immediately fell in love with the yoga community I found and group fitness classes. When my yoga studio closed in 2017, I found myself looking for something new to keep me active which brought me to my very first spin studio. I never considered myself an athlete or competitive, but watching myself get stronger and build endurance on the bike brought me so much confidence and a newfound love of being active. My goal as an instructor is to create an inclusive space for those who are years into their fitness journey and those who are stepping onto the bike/mat for the very first time.

Off the bike, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our pets, a pug Owen, and a cat Brooke. Believe it or not, on most of my days off, I am still probably practicing yoga or weight training in my home gym. I love spending time with friends and eating my way through the neighborhoods of Philly! Can't wait to join the team and get to know the amazing community at Vicious Cycle!
